White, Cc

Coloring with a white crayon!

 

 We made our own white snowflake out of shimmery sugar. 

 

We also made a cat with a letter C tail.

 

 

Black, Bb, Halloween Party:)

It was a perfect week to have black for our color and b for our letter!

We were able to make black bats for Halloween!
We also frosted and decorated our own Halloween cookies to eat.

Aa and brown

It was very exciting into begin our letters in preschool!

We started by coloring our brown bear. "Brown Bear Brown Bear what do you see?"

 

Then we learned that Apple starts with A.

We practiced our shapes that we have learned.

We found our brown finger puppets.

Nicolas was our very first Student of the week. We learned more about Nico and he brought a Dinosaur for his show and tell.

Heart and Gray

This week we learned about the shape heart and the color gray.  We got out our finger puppets and the kids had to pick out the gray puppets.

 We colored a mouse gray and learned a new song called "3 gray mice"

 We also got to color and decorate a heart for our shape of the week.

Pink and Star

Pigs are Pink! We read the Three Little Pigs and acted it out with our Pig puppets.

 We made our own Piggy bank with pennies included.

 And we also make our own yellow star and sang Twinkle Twinkle Little Star.

Purple and Rhombus

We sorted our colored goldfish and had purple grapes.

 We made our Rhombus shaped kites.

 During centers we played shape sorting games.

 Color matching games.

 And pattern games.

Blue and Rectangle

We had rectangle snacks this week.

 We made a blue sky and also colored Cookie Monster blue.

 We played a shape matching game.

 More rectangle snacks...:)

 We made a xylophone out of rectangles.

 We played a Cookie Moster ball toss.
